Bento #066: Grilled Salted Mackerel

 Here is today's lunchbox for my high school daughter!

🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu

• Rice (Gohan)

• Main: Grilled salted mackerel (Saba no Shioyaki)

• Side: Fried chikuwa with seaweed (Chikuwa no Isobe-age)

• Side: Rolled omelet with green onions (Negi-iri Tamagoyaki)

• Side: Boiled okra (Okura no Ohitashi)

👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment

Today was a failure because the bento does not look good.

 I am sure it tastes good, but it does not look delicious. 

The mackerel lost its shape and the colors are bad, which is very sad.
