I made a bright and colorful bento today to bring out some smiles!
🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu
Main: Omelet Rice (Omuraisu)
Chicken rice using Ready-made frozen foods, covered with a thin square egg.
Side: Sauteed Bacon and Mustard Spinach (Bekon to Komatsuna no Sote), Pickled Radish (Radisshu no Amazuzuke), Broccoli (Burokkori)

I made a thin, square omelet using my special egg pan
to cover the rice beautifully.
I wanted to add lots of green colors,
so I included spinach and broccoli,
plus a quick sweet vinegar pickle made
from leftover radishes!
I hope this bright yellow omurice makes you happy!
