Side: Fried Lotus Root (Renkon no Suage)
Curry Flavored Shimeji Mushrooms (Shimeji no Kare-ko Itame)

I made a "guilty" but super delicious sandwich
packed with fried ham cutlet, cabbage,
and lots of tonkatsu sauce!
The fresh spinach placed under the side dishes
was actually harvested from my home planter
this very morning.
