Bento #060: Cold Udon and Planter Veggies Bento

 


Welcome to today's bento!

I am very happy because I got to use some freshly picked vegetables today.

🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu

  • Main: Cold Udon (Hiyashi Udon)

  • Side: Rolled Omelet with Green Onions (Negi-iri Tamagoyaki), Chicken Breast and Komatsuna with Bonito Flakes (Tori Mune-niku to Komatsuna no Okaka-ae), Broccoli (Broccoli)




👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment I put chopped myoga (Japanese ginger) in the udon.

For the rolled omelet, I mixed in green onions that I happily grew in my own planter at home.
