Another warm day means another nice and cool udon bento for my high school daughter.
🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu
Main: Cold Udon with Fried Tofu and Shiso (Hiyashi Udon - Oage to Ooba)
Side: Pork Ginger (Buta Shogayaki),Rolled Omelet (Tamagoyaki), Broccoli (Broccoli)
👨🍳 Dad's Comment I added fried tofu and shiso leaves to the udon.
I harvested the shiso from my planter! I will want to use it very often in the coming season.
