Today I packed a classic and popular Japanese fried fish bento. It looks very satisfying!

Main: Deep-fried Horse Mackerel - Ready-made frozen foods (Aji Fry)
Side: Rice with Pickled Plum (Gohan to Umeboshi), Chikuwa stuffed with cheese (Cheese Chikuwa), Komatsuna with Sesame Dressing (Komatsuna no Goma-ae), Broccoli (Broccoli)
👨🍳 Dad's Comment I simply squeezed cheese into the holes of chikuwa cut in half.
It is a very easy step, but it is so delicious!
