Main: Rice
Main: Grilled salted salmon
Side: Hanpen (fish cake) with mentaiko mayo
Side: Fish sausage
Side: Rolled omelet
Side: Boiled Komatsuna with soy sauce
👨🍳 Dad's Comment
I usually grill the salmon in the same pan after making the omelet,
but this time I tried using the top grill of the toaster oven.
It took about 10 minutes, but it cooked perfectly.
It's very convenient because I can just leave it alone and make other side dishes.
