Today's bento has a clever little trick to keep the noodles cold and delicious until lunchtime.
🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu
Main: Cold Udon with Japanese Ginger (Hiyashi Udon to Myoga), Meatballs in Teriyaki Sauce (Niku Dango - Teriyaki Sauce)
Side: Steamed Komatsuna and Maitake Mushroom (Komatsuna to Maitake no Mushimono), Broccoli (Broccoli)

I bought some ready-made frozen foods (meatballs) to try.
I can arrange them with different flavors, so this time I made them teriyaki style.
For the cold udon, I put noodle soup in a small plastic bottle and froze it.
It melts just in time for eating!
