Hello! It is getting warmer these days, so I made a refreshing cold noodle bento for my daughter today.
🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu
Main: Cold Udon with Shiso (Hiyashi Shiso Udon)
Side: Roasted Chicken Breast - Meal prep(Tsukuri Oki) (Tori Mune-niku no Roast), Boiled Komatsuna (Komatsuna no Ohitashi)

When it gets hot, it's time for cold udon!
I put chilled udon in a soup jar and mix it with sesame oil.
Then, I mix in dried and crushed shiso leaves (ooba) to finish it off.
