Bento #065: Fried Horse Mackerel

 Here is today's lunchbox for my high school daughter!

🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu

• Rice with furikake (Furikake Gohan)

• Main: Fried horse mackerel / Ready-made frozen foods (Aji Fry)

• Side: Stir-fried bacon and bell pepper (Bacon to Paprika no itamemono)

• Side: Rolled omelet (Tamagoyaki)

👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment

This is a bento for a day when I have no ideas. Ready-made frozen foods are very helpful because you just fry them to make a dish. 

I added parsley from my planter hoping for a little antibacterial effect.
