Bento #025: Hinamatsuri Chirashi-zushi Bento

 Today's bento is from March 3, 2026. It is a special meal for Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day)!

• Main: Scattered Sushi (Chirashi-zushi)

• Side: Ginger Pork (Butaniku no Shogayaki)

• Side: Simmered Chicken and Vegetables (Chikuzenni)

👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment I decorated the vinegared rice with sakura denbu (sweet pink fish powder), egg, and komatsuna namul. The egg strips were a bit too thick. I gave the leftovers to my son for breakfast, but he didn't like the sakura denbu because it was too sweet. Next time, maybe I should chop everything and mix it together.
