Side: Teriyaki-style Stir-fry with Chicken and Pea Shoots (Tori to Tomyo no Teriyaki-fu Itame) 

Side: Japanese Omelet (Tamagoyaki) 

Side: Spring Rolls (Harumaki) — Ready-made frozen foods

I wanted to use ready-made teriyaki chicken and pea shoots that I regrew at home. The rice looked a bit lonely, so I mixed in some furikake seasoning.
