Main: Stir-fried chicken meatballs with ketchup (Toridango no Ketchup Itame)
Chicken meatballs cooked with onions, carrots, and mushrooms in a pork-chop style sauce.
Side: Tamagoyaki omelet (Tamagoyaki)
Rice: White rice with butter-sautéed parsley (Gohan)

The pork-chop style sauce made it feel a bit western, so I matched it with western-style rice.
I chopped fresh parsley from our planter, sautéed it in butter, and scattered it over the rice.
