Bento #068: Teriyaki Meatballs & Coleslaw

 Here is today's lunchbox for my high school daughter!

🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu

• Main: Meatballs with teriyaki sauce (Niku-dango Teriyaki Sauce)

• Side: Rice (Gohan)

• Side: Pickled plum (Umeboshi)

• Side: Egg bound crab stick and green onion (Kanikama to Negi no Tamagotaji)

• Side: Roughly chopped cabbage coleslaw (Zakugiri Cabbage no Coleslaw-fu)

👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment 

I wanted to use cabbage, so I made a simple coleslaw.

 I chopped it roughly so it is easy to eat in a bento. 

I boiled it lightly, squeezed the water out, and mixed it with mayonnaise, honey mustard, and vinegar.
