Bento #071: Udon Noodles and Spanish Mackerel with Lemon

 Here is today's school lunchbox for my daughter.

🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu

• Main: Spanish mackerel Yuan-yaki style (Sawara no Yuanyaki)

• Marinated spanish mackerel grilled with lemon juice.

• Side: Mushroom cooked with egg (Kinoko no Tamagotoji)

• Sautéed mixed mushrooms bound gently with egg.

• Side: Broccoli (Broccoli)

👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment

I marinated the fish yesterday, and since I had no fresh citrus, I used lemon juice, but it still tasted very refreshing. I used a Ready-made frozen foods from my local supermarket that mixes four types of mushrooms, and quickly sautéed it with egg.
