Hi everyone! I'm back with another daily bento for my teenage daughter.
🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu
Main: Rice with salted kelp
Main: Lemon sauce chicken steak
Side: Omelet
Side: Stir-fried Maitake mushrooms and Komatsuna
Side: Broccoli
Soup: Spinach and egg soup (freeze-dried)
👨🍳 Dad's Comment
I made a leftover omelet using broccoli stems and pieces of carrot. Adding a little milk made it nice and mild. I seasoned the Maitake mushrooms beforehand and coated them with potato starch, which gave them a great chewy texture.
