🍱 Today's JK Bento Menu

  • Three-Color Rice Bowl (Sanshoku-don):

    • Scrambled eggs, ground pork, and Komatsuna namul.

  • Spring Roll: Ready-made frozen foods.

  • Chicken Cutlet: Ready-made frozen foods.

  • Green Beans with Sesame: (Ingen no Goma-ae).

  • Boiled Broccoli.

  • Instant Miso Soup.

👨‍🍳 Dad's Comment

I used Meal prep (Tsukuri Oki) from the weekend to make this Three-Color bowl. The ground pork is stir-fried with Gochujang and Tianmianjiang for a rich flavor. I usually use the leaves of Komatsuna for ohitashi and the stems for namul.
