Bento #029: Miso-marinated Pork over Rice

 A hearty meat dish to end the week!

  • Main: Miso-grilled Pork Loin (Buta Rosu no Miso Yaki)

  • Side: Rice (Gohan)

  • Side: Rolled Omelet (Tamagoyaki)

  • Side: Komatsuna with Sesame Dressing (Komatsuna no Goma Ae)

  • Side: Pickled Plum (Umeboshi)

  • Side: Miso Soup (Miso Shiru)

👨‍🍳Dad's Comment The pork loin didn't fit well in the box, so I decided to arrange it on top of the rice. I added plenty of ground sesame to the komatsuna for a nice roasted flavor.
