Mushroom and Chicken Breast Marinade (Kinoko to Torimuneniku no Marine) - Made with lightly smoked ready-made chicken and frozen mushrooms.
Boiled Mustard Spinach (Komatsuna no Ohitashi)

The chicken in the marinade is a lightly smoked ready-made item.
It is delicious when marinated with frozen mushrooms. I sprinkled some parsley that I am growing in a planter.
The photo above has the word "hara" written in Japanese. It refers to the stomach or belly.
The tenugui cloth under the bento box shows how to read the Heart Sutra using pictures. It is comical and I really like it.
